Summary: Room was comfortable and clean. Bar/restaurant at the hotel was great. Staff during was disappointing, not welcoming smile, didn’t explained breakfast or amenities. Comparing with our experience in Dublin and Galway with other hotels was not good. The checkout staff was better, too bad that we were leaving already but Franya (I think that was her name) was really nice and helpful at the end.

Summary: The room wasn't too bad. OK. The staff is nice. Very bad timing for the SPA. They are closing at 6 pm.

Summary: Staff weee unhelpful I had a conference stand , had to unload myself, try to find kids and put up in ballroom Staff should be readily available at drop off points outside hotel to unload with customers

Summary: The hotel was just beautiful. Everyone was so great. The decorations for Christmas were just amazing and so festive but elegant as is the hotel. We arrive early and they let us use the lounge to warm up and have coffee or tea so we just really appreciated the staff kindness.
